Kids, Kids, EVERYWHERE!

Kaeden is a very social kid.

He loves to be surrounded by other kids even though often times he'll just freeze and watch them play instead of joining in on the fun.

I've yet to figure out why he gets so shy.

I don't know if he's just pausing [for a long time] to figure out what is going on and how he best fits into the equation,

or if he's just freezes out of fear of interuppting something.

Whatever the case,

it makes for very interesting trips to the park.

If any child crosses paths within a 10 ft radius of Kaeden, suddenly my child is a statue.

But back to the weekend at hand....

Kaeden was surrounded by all his very best friends this weekend.

On Friday night we had a barbeque at Jordan and Kristina's new home.

It was not long before Kaeden had the house full of boys doing the two things he loves best:

1.  Being nearly naked.

2.  Jumping on the bed.

Jump boys, jump!

These boys crack me up. And how cute is that Chase?

As usual, Kaeden was still going strong while others had left.

If there is the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants,

I'd call these boys the Brotherhood of the Diaper Booties.

Notice how Kaeden and Ashton are seconds away from a grappling match.

So typical.

Saturday night we had a repeat of the kid fun, but this time the NO GIRLS ALLOWED rule was repealed.

I tried to catch a quick pic of all the kids.

Sometimes when Kaeden is getting a little cranky at night, I tempt him back into happiness with the promise of a bath. He thinks of it as a time for fun. I think of it as a break, and time for a clean tush.

Ashton just happened to overhear me whisper to Kaeden asking him if he wanted to take a bath.

Next thing I know, Ashton is whispering in my ear, "Me too?"

So we snuck away and the two were in the suds.

And then Chase, wondering what his big bro Ashton was up to, joined in on the fun.

That was quickly followed by Jane who tore off her fresh pair of PJ's herself to get in.

Rub-a-Dub-Dub. This is how you get four munchkins in a tub!
