1. Staying home with the baby is waaaaaay easier than taking him to the office [and waaay more fun!].
2. Babies tend to sleep better when they get to do it in their own bed.
3. Just because you rid you house of every kind of "junk" food, doesn't mean you get rid of the cravings as well.
4. The one day you decide to veg out and not get ready for the day (i.e. hair, make-up, non-pj clothes), it's the one day your dorkie yorkie will decide to run away....leaving you and all your beauty traipsing through the neighborhood looking for his little hiney. Oh, and don't forget to add the screaming baby in your arms drawing attention from all the children and their parents who are outside because it just happened to be the one day there is not school as well. Obviously I'm not completely over it.
5. Next time I'm worried about the fact that my little guy hasn't had a "dirty" diaper in a few days, I'll remember that I should be more worried about what happens when the "dirty" diaper decides to make an appearance.
6. Blog stalking is waaaaayy more fun that working [as if I didn't already know this].
7. When one spreadsheet doesn't balance, suddenly they all don't balance [grrrr!]

10. When your husband sweetly cleans out the house of all your late dog's possessions, the gesture is negated when you take out the garbage cans he forgot to take to the curb, and you see it all anyway. In fact, it's a little sadder seeing it this way....
Bonus: Husbands may never remember to do important things [i.e. take the garbage cans to the curb], but they will remember to call you three times to make sure you remembered to record the BYU game.

sorry to hear about your dog. at least your husband was trying to do something sweet.
my favorite is #4, because usually for me that's the day someone will randomly show up at my house + i'll look like death. it's fantastic.
are you going to dinner on friday? i really want to go, but don't know if i can because we're in the middle of moving! i REALLY want to meet everyone though.

Ok it's one o'clock in the morning and I read #2 as barbies instead of babies. I was so confused.
that's so funny about the dog! i stayed at my sister's house a couple of months ago while they went on a cruise and her damn dog ran away one morning while i was bra-less and in my pajamas. i had to grab the baby and miss and try to run around the neighborhood freaking out that i'd lost my nephews dog. it was not pretty.
oh, and yeah, tom calls me constantly to record this game or that game. it's usually the jazz or the utes.
I missed you Friday! Oh, and I don't get ready whenever I'm goign to be home all day and THAT's when the mailman decides to deliver our packages to the door. I'm in my robe or in a t shirt with no bra. Or someone from the farm is looking for Jaren because he left is truck outside and went with someone else and I'm a big mess. I know they think... wonder why he married HER. :)

Oh, I have officially completed phase 1 (getting rid of all bad cravings) part of the South Beach Diet and I STILL want chocolate. It will never go away....
Oh, and I eat it, too. lol. That MAY have something to do with it.

I'm so glad you went public, it's nice to meet you. I read back a few posts, sorry about your dog. Even though I don't know all the details, I'm sure you did the right thing. And all the trauma with selling your house. I hope it works out.
Plus, your little boy is possibly the cutest kid ever, besides mine obviously.
