Open Call

So I've officially become a blog stalker. I have found a few blogs posted on friends sites that I just can't live without. I don't know the people posting at all, but I feel like we're all kindred spirits. One girl causes me to chuckle out loud with pretty much every post she creates. The awkward thing is, I don't dare post their blog on my blog list (thus easily letting me know everytime they update thier blog) because I feel a little awkward about the whole blog stalking thing. I don't know how my friends know the people on their blog lists that I've come to love, so I feel it might be a little wierd for those friends to come to my blog and see thier special someone's blog listed as one of my favorites. I know I'm not making sense (except to any other blog stalkers), but it's just makes for wierd feelings. Anyway....

In the spirit of my new favorite blog authors sharing their blogs with me, I just wanted to put an open invitation out there for any of my readers to let me know if they know other people who might enjoy my blog. I know the point of a blog is to get your two cents out there and see if anyone else gives a damn, but my blog has to continue to be private for good reasons. I do not have my blog private to only let a select few enjoy my rantings (assuming anyone out there truly "enjoys" it), but rather to keep a couple of key individuals out. So please, if you know of anyone who might like to add me to their blog list, let me know. I am happy to give them the invite. Besides I don't think the few people I'm protecting myself from would know any of you, that is of course, unless I was trying to keep Kevin Bacon away (does his six degrees only work with celebrities, or us common folk too?).
