I feel so guilty when I don't post something for a few days. I was never good with journals because I would put so much pressure on myself to write everyday or at least capture all the pertinent events of my life on paper. The pressure would get to me so much, that I would finally quit because I couldn't handle myself. I'm not getting to that point with my blog yet, but I do feel bad when I don't post anything for my readers (whoever that might be out there!). Maybe I'm just flattering myself that there is more than my Dad and Pat religiously checking in!
Anyway...not much happening in the land of Hoffmann right now. The biggest news of the week was the ultrasound. How do you top that? I did buy my first little boy's outfit this weekend. I was in a store and at the last minute saw a little Nike beenie, onesie, and bootie set. It was pretty cute, so I of course impulsively bought it. I'm ready to get started shopping though!
I think we already have the baby bedding picked out. We have liked it for awhile, and decided that if we found out we were going to have a boy, that we'd probably go with that. I like it because it is not over the top baby. Maybe that doesn't make sense, but it's a nice set.
Still no name as of yet, although Jeff and I are determined to pin that down soon. I have a bunch of name books reserved at the library that I need to go pickup. One of them boasts 75,000 names. If I can't find one in there I think we'll just go with Mohammed since it is the most popular name in the world year after year. JK!
Well it's Superbowl Sunday, and .... I couldn't really care less. Just haven't had time to really get into like I used to. I am excited to be going over to Jeff's parents this afternoon. Jeff's mom is making some of her delicious cheesy potato soup. Sign me up for two bowls (maybe three!).
Hope this next week brings something really blog-worthy. I know some people have been having trouble getting in. Apparently if you use the url to find the blog, you just get an error page. I'm trying to get to the bottom of it, but I guess if you are having that problem, you are not reading this anyway. :)

Wow, what a week! I'm still trying to figure out how a "Bell Pepper" looks like a boy....humm, guess it's that Stem Thing.. Ah Haaaa, very suggestive!! (for those of you who might be reading the babycenter.com website, you know that Week 18 was the week of the Bell Pepper, which was 5-1/2" and 7 oz. for the baby. I love the site bkz it references the baby's growth to a fruit or vegetable. Boy, do I get THAT! This pregnacy is a breeezzze!!)
And this all on the heals of Jeff's bday today. Happy Birthday Poppa!
One last thing. Your Dad and I think you ought to remodel your bedroom and get one of the nifty bamboo framed mirrors. It's definately The Bomb!

Don't put blog pressure on yourself! We are happy whenever you have something to post. You don't have to make things up....cause in the coming months....there will be plenty to report.

P.S. I know my lovely wife suggested the Vegas bamboo furnishings. For the record...I'm not "down" on that idea. Not sure about the resale value of that move.
