Since Jeff is out of town and I have no idea how to operate our snow blower, I decided to make shoveling our driveway a family affair.
I bundled the boys up, and they played in the snow while I shoveled my little heart away.
After I was finished, I caught a glimpse of the snow sleds Jeff and I have stored in our garage(s) since before we were married.
I decided today would be the day they would make their maiden voyage on the cold white stuff.
Being a single mom for the next couple of days I didn't necessarily want to take the boys to a sledding hill, so I dug around the garage for some rope, and thus our version of ghetto sledding was born.
The boys were in heaven.
I think we are going to have to do this again soon.
