Dentist Round 2

Since I'm a horrible mother, we had to bring Kaeden back to the dentist to get a few cavities drilled.

Yes.  I feel like a failure.

Kade was a little nervous about having to have real dental work done [not just the standard teeth tickling], but he did well.

And of course he calmed riiiiiiiiight down once the nitrous started flowing.

Seriously.  Is this not pathetic?

After everything was said and done, Kaeden was so loopy.  He was super excited about his new balloon, and once we got to the parking lot, all he wanted to do was run and run.

Only problem.  He didn't have the best motor skills, and he nearly face planted 2310654 times.

Notice Jeff getting angry and trying to get him to stop before we had to go in and get more dental work done once his teeth met the pavement?

In the car I asked him to give me a big smile.  This is the best he could do with the numbness.  I may or may not have laughed out loud.

Here's to hoping there will be cavity free checkups from here on out!
