Camping

In  mid-July we enjoyed a mini-camping trip to Millsite Resevoir.

Jeff and I have always enjoyed camping together, often planned a trip at the spur of the moment and just took off.

This being our first camping trip with Kaeden, things were a little different.

Can you find the baby in the picture below?

We took out the backseats of the Tahoe, and filled it to the brim. Jeff asked me, "Since when did we have to back so much to go camping for three days?" Ummmm... since we've had a kid. It was seriously ridiculous.

All in all, Kaeden enjoyed the trip. Here he is calling shots from the motorhome.

Discovering camping chairs are all out awesome, and even come with built in bottle holders.

Oh man, that is a ton of stuff! Good thing you had a motorhome. I've decided that if I'm camping with babies, I'm going in a motor home! But, I married a boy who says, "wouldn't you rather sleep in your comfortable bed?" And since we live around all sorts of camping, we really could go and then come back to sleep here for the night.

I think I can get him to venture out with me, though.
