Where Have You Been?

So...it's been awhile...again. Thanks to all of you kind people who commented about my whereabouts. Nothing is wrong, I've just been extremely busy [story of all our lives, I know]. Unfortunately my blog's noodle arms and toothpick legs have been too wimpy to win the battle for my time lately. Poor fella...he's just too weak.

So what's new in my world? Well, we've sold our house [again]. It's going to be a quick turnaround [again]. I'm afraid to get my hopes up [again]. Deep in my stomach I feel that this one is going to see itself to the end, but I mentally cannot bank on that. We accepted the offer on Thursday. All the deadlines should be met by Wednesday the 15th [i.e. if they back out, the earnest money is ours], and then we are supposed to be out by [?]. That's right [?]. The contract states that we will settle sometime between the 15th and 30th at the buyer's discretion. Oh, and they only have to give us two days notice. What?!? We're just going to be prepared to go as soon as the 15th rolls around [don't want to get stuck with all these moving costs, and no where to move--again].

The buyer's have already been more than annoying. The offer was horrible [but so is the market] and on top of that there were a lot of concessions [yes Brittany, I pretty much feel like they asked for everything short of me becoming their indentured servant and returning on the weekends to clean for them]. Lame. Oh, and they constantly want to come through the house. Seriously? Can you give us like 10 seconds to ourselves? Oh well, they are just excited, and I am happy for them. It's a great house...just not what I need/want anymore. I'm glad someone is going to enjoy it.

What else? All my time in the last 10 days has been dedicated to getting a new client up and running. I took on a pharmacy as of October 1st, and it has been so fun getting them automated and running properly [still a lot of work to go]. Some may read that and think I'm being sarcastic [me? sarcastic?], but I'm serious. I love this kind of stuff. Then again, I'm a dweeb like that.

So that's basically where I've been. Nowhere extremely exciting to report about, but thankfully, nowhere bad. Glad to be back to the blog world...thanks again to all those who wondered where I had gone.

I have some posts I've created in the back of my mind, but since I've spent all evening recreating my blog template [yeah for doing something for me. I've been wanting to do this for awhile. Tonight I decided to just sit down and do it. I would have never have guessed that it would have turned out as good as it did, as quick as it did. Yay!]perhaps I'll use my ideas[don't get too excited] to spread out over the next few days. We'll see. And yes, I realize I way overuse these [ ]. Get over it.
