Well, the TV repair man came and BAM! Our TV is back to normal. Jeff and I haven't seen the color blue on our TV for many many months. Everything was green. I watched a music video this morning (during one of Kaeden's many feedings of course), that I had seen many times over the last week or so. I always assumed that the video was shot in black and white because watching it on the TV, everything had a green and grey hue. Imagine my surprise when the video appeared in full (accurate) color. Kind of funny. I guess you could say Jeff and I have seen the world through verde-colored glasses that last while. Wonder what else we've missed out on.....
The repair guy told us the problem was that all of these TV's had a filter placed in the wrong place during production in the Sony factory. Apparently every TV like ours has had the problem. I feel sooooo lucky to have found the class action information. I will admit that I was skeptical that they would be able to fix everything that was wrong with our TV with just one part, but it worked! Yeah!
