My cousin Carli, who I never get to see because she lives in Florida, recently got engaged. I'm so happy for her. She's marrying a great guy named Keith. I had the pleasure of going on some family vacations with Keith. He's a great guy [did I already say that?]. My whole family is fan. And you couldn't imagine a more perfectly matched couple. Seriously. The two are awesome together.
Carli and Keith came in to town and asked if I'd be willing to take some photos of them for possible Save the Date cards.
I was terrified.
Don't they know I STILL shoot in auto? Don't they realize I have no clue what I'm doing?
Probably not, so I warned them.
But I did explain if they stuck with me through the 321743101564651 pictures I was sure to take, I guaranteed at least one would be usable.
I was right.
Plus it helped that Carli is extremely photogenic.
Like I-Wish-I-Could-Look-So-Natural-And-Beautiful-In-A-Portrait photogenic.
We started out with a mini shoot around my grandparents yard, then headed to Wheeler Farm.
